  County Clerk's Office Hours- Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 12 PM & 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Filing fees for OPEN PUBLIC RECORDS are $25.00 for the first page and $4.00 for each page or part of a page thereafter, per document. Documents should be preferably not double sided. Payment must accompany document in the form of in-state check or money order. Please include a SASE for return of your documents.

The Young County Clerk are accepting Civil Efiling.
If the party has any questions about filing fees, please contact the appropriate office.
